“Stories Around the World” is the theme of this year’s International Week, happening Oct. 20-23, 2014.
Middle school students are busy writing stories to share with their elementary school friends during the “Stories Around the World” themed week. With stories in hand, middle school students will visit elementary classrooms to read their stories and share their cultures. Other events during the week include decorating our classroom doors, the PTA International Pot Luck on Tuesday, Oct. 21st from 5:00-7:00 PM and an all school international dress and parade on Thursday, Oct. 23rd starting at 8:15 AM.
Monday, Oct. 20: Finalize door decorations and illustrated stories
Tuesday, Oct. 21: Begin sharing stories with Elementary School students; International Pot Luck 5-7 PM
Wednesday, Oct. 22: Finish sharing stories with Elementary School students
Thursday, Oct. 23: All school International dress and parade, 8:15 AM
