Dear Parents of HS Students,
We have a busy week ahead, February 9 – 13, with IB Mock Exams being administered in IB Year 2 courses. Students in grade 12 scheduled for an IB year 2 Mock Exam on WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, and/or FRIDAY do not need to attend classes on these days. The week culminates in the Tet Holiday Break beginning on Sunday, 15 February. School will resume at 8:00am on Wednesday morning, February 25.
Students are beginning to register for courses for the 2015-16 academic year. Students in grade 11 (Juniors) will be given their registration forms on Monday, 9 February and are expected to return their forms to their respective counsellors no later then Friday, 13 February. Please take time to discuss course selections with you daughter or son this week. They will be provided recommendations for next year’s options from their current teachers. It is important that students choose a program of studies that is challenging but realistic in terms of levels of success in their courses in grades 9 – 11.
This Thursday 12th March, G10 will be entertaining parents, teachers and students with an hour of lively and entertaining musical performances. Everyone is most welcome to attend. Show starts 7 pm and ends 8 pm in the High School Music Room (C-009). Pictured below are virtuoso violinists Ji Yoon Lee, Chau Minh Huyn, Mark Lim and Yesol Kim.
