MS Lock In this Friday, Jan. 29

30

The MS Student Council (StuCo) has organized the first ever middle school Lock-In which will be held on January 29th, 2016 at 7:30pm. It will be an all-night Lock-In, so students won’t be dismissed until the next morning, January 30th, 2016 at 7:00am.

The Lock-In is an event where a maximum of 100 students will get a chance to socialize with their friends, listen to music, participate in a quiz game activities, watch movies, stay up late talking, laughing, and more. It is a very meaningful occasion that the MS StuCo has been striving to have for two years. Many students have been requesting this event for two years!

In order to maintain a safe environment for the students to enjoy and have fun during the event, students are expected to act responsibly and abide by all school rules as stated in the MS Student Handbook, within the school grounds in the campus. Also, this event will have at least 7 teacher and parent chaperones at all times to ensure safety and responsibility.  StuCo would like to thank all parents and teachers who have volunteered their time to chaperone this event.

Student attendance will be verified and accounted for many times during the Lock In. If a student who purchased a ticket does not attend, we will verify their absence with parents to ensure the safety of all students. If you have any questions please contact Mr. Appino (rappino@ssis.edu.vn), the MS StuCo Advisor or Ms. Burger (msprincipal@ssis.edu.vn), the MS Principal.

Tickets go on sale starting Monday, Jan. 25.  In order to purchase a ticket, students must have a signed permission form.  These forms were made available on Friday, Jan. 22.

Thanks,
MS StuCo
