Location: MPR (4th Floor of the HS Building)
When: 8:15-9:15am
Who: Primarily grade 6, 9 or new parents to SSIS in the MS or HS
Geared for Grade 6 and 9 parents and new middle and high school parents, this session will focus on the secondary schools’ information systems, including PowerSchool, Moodle, and social media. You will learn how to navigate to and use these information tools, which are important to monitor your student’s progress in his/her courses and get timely school information. The ICT Director, David Perkin, the PowerSchool Manager, Nghi Chau, and the Instructional Coaches for Technology, David Rynne and Thomas Galvez, will lead this part of the session. iPads will be available for you to use.
