Parenting in the Digital Age Coffee Morning January 25th


Mentoring our children through the challenges of life in today’s technology-rich world can be daunting. SSIS is excited to have Warren Appel host a coffee morning on this relevant topic. Join us on Friday, January 25th at 8:15 am in the MPR to get some of the top tips which he has discovered and developed from his work with parents and students. Resources and readings will be shared.   

 Warren is an Apple Distinguished Educator, a Google for Education Certified Innovator, and a National Board Certified Teacher. He is currently the Director of Technology at The American School in Japan. He has worked in international education for 20 years, including positions at Cairo American College, the American Embassy School in New Delhi, India and the International School of Amsterdam.  Warren has developed numerous workshops for parents around technology and digital learning.
