Hello, I am Dr. Catriona Moran, Head of School at SSIS. It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the new school year.
We know how challening this time of uncertainty has been, and we are excited for our students to reconnect with their friends and teachers and pursue their learning goals and ambitions.
Our dedicated faculty and staff have worked hard to ensure that students will have the time they need to get set up, make connections and settle in for a great start to the school year in our Week of Welcome. You will find key dates and events below.

At SSIS Link you will find manuals, tips, tech agreements, policies and more. It is a great resource, not only at the start of school but throughout the entire year!
MACBOOK READINESS
Parents of students in grades 4 - 12 can make sure their children's laptops are school-ready in five simple steps.
Virtual School and Uniforms
We encourage students to wear their uniforms, if they can. But uniforms are not mandatory during Virtual School. Students should wear clothes that meet the school dress code. The dress code is listed in your divisional handbook, which you will find at the bottom of this page.
