Parent Input into Class Placement for 2015 – 2016
Dear EC 3 – Grade 4 Parents,
We welcome your input into the placement process as we form homeroom groups for the 2015 – 2016 school year.
Please note that you are not required to complete this form. We are unable to honor requests for specific teachers or teacher gender. If such requests are made, they will not be included in the placement information when we form classes. Please also note that your child’s current teacher will be involved in forming preliminary class groups, but will not be assigning the class groups to next year’s teachers. Class groups will be assigned to the next grade level teacher by the administration and counselor.
If you wish to provide input, please complete this form before April 20, 2015. No forms can be accepted after this deadline.
