Dear SSIS Parents,
We are delighted to be organizing the SSIS PTA Spring Bazaar on Saturday, April 22 from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.
This will be our biggest bazaar ever with 80 vendors – 30 selling food and drinks and 50 selling merchandise. We will also have students running food and activity booths and putting on performances in the Atrium. A true community event!
A Community Event – 30 Volunteers Needed
The Spring Bazaar will be open to the public. As this is the first event in many years that is open to the public, we anticipate close to 2,000 visitors.
To keep everyone safe and to give everyone a chance to attend, we need 30 volunteers. Volunteering will be an opportunity to share our amazing school with the public, serve as a guide and keep our community safe!
Volunteer slots are available for:
- Welcome booth
- Photo Booth
- Activities (Cafeteria, Atrium, or Field)
Volunteers will receive a beautiful blue SSIS t-shirt to keep, which should be worn during the event. (T-shirts are limited, please sign up now).
