Dear ES and MS Parents,
Due to significant demand from students last year, we are giving families the opportunity to order a student-sized Project X t-shirt this year. If your student would like to purchase a t-shirt this year, please place your order on this form. This order form will close on Friday, 8 March.
In choosing the shirt size, please reference the size of your student’s SSIS PE shirt. There are size samples for the Project X t-shirt available in the Elementary School office, also.
The maximum cost of the shirt will be 125,000 VND. The final cost will depend on the number of t-shirts ordered. Please pay the money to the Business Office as soon as possible. Your student will receive the t-shirt during the week of Project X (March 25-29). Please have your student wear the shirt on Friday, March 29 during Project X.
