Dear SSIS community,
SSIS is proud to support Vietnam Sach & Xanh (Keep Vietnam Clean & Green) who is hosting an Earth Day Clean Up on Sunday, April 21, 2019. They are anticipating the participation of thousands of people across the country and hope to leave extensive positive impacts on environmental protection in Vietnam.
We would appreciate SSIS’s support to register Earth Day Clean Up – 2019.
This is a great opportunity for students, teachers, faculty, and parents to come together on Earth Day for a good cause, build awareness and spread the green wave.
This year, they do not provide the participants with the clean-up tools (including tongs, cloth gloves, trash bags, face masks, water). Therefore we can prepare the tools ourselves or buy them at the price of VND 50,000 per kit from the organization. Deadline to purchase a clean-up kit: April 15th.
Or you can get a combo of 1 clean-up kit and 1 T-shirt at the price of VND 100,000 per combo. Deadline to purchase a combo: April 8th.
T-shirts ranging in size: from S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL are available (Please see attached for the T-shirt sample and size chart for your reference). The T-shirt will be handed out on April 21st at the venue.
Locations: RMIT School, Dist 7, Ho Chi Minh City
Time: 8:30am – 10:30am
What to bring: a hat and sneakers, clean-up tools.
Transportation: school buses will be arranged for both ways
Departure from SSIS to RMIT by 08:00am
Return from RMIT to SSIS by 10:45am
