Dear Grade 4 and 5 Parents,
On Tuesday, August 6th from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM there will be a laptop orientation session for students and parents in Grades 4 and 5, held in the auditorium. The aims of this session will be:
1. To provide some essential information around the effective use of student laptops – including, for parents, the setting up of administrator rights and Apple ID.
3. Start working on a family agreement for technology use at home.
4. Answer any immediate questions you may have.
Students are not required to bring their laptops as no hands-on training will be provided at this session. Students will be supported in their use of laptops through ongoing classroom support throughout the year and, for parents, through upcoming parent coffee mornings.
