UPDATE: Presentation from MS Principal Coffee – Parenting Your Teen
As parents of Middle School children, you are likely noticing many changes in your child. On Thursday, October 10th, from 8:15 – 9:15 AM in the MS Library, the Middle School Principal Coffee will focus on parenting teens. During this Principal Coffee we will discuss how parenting roles shift as our children get older, and what you should know to have the best possible communication with your middle school child.
Here are a few of the things we will talk about:
- Parenting tips to support and respond to physical growth and development
- The importance of opening lines of communication
- Communication strategies to reach middle schoolers
These are just some of the things we will discuss and are looking forward to an opportunity for our parents to talk, laugh and learn together.
