The middle school and high school joined forces on Tuesday, Jan. 24th to celebrate Tet in high fashion. Starting out in an assembly led by High School Student Council members DanDan and Stella, we were treated to a video made about Tet by our high school Vietnamese students and a performance by 10 middle school students. Their song and dance delighted the audience. The fun continued as the students made their way to the field to participate in 4 traditional Vietnamese games. The games included the bamboo pole dance, a water relay, a sack race, and smashing the clay pots. As a finale, the students were treated to an amazing, height defying Lion and Dragon Dance.
