Dear SSIS Parents,
Your children’s safety and security are of the utmost importance to us at SSIS. Lost ID cards are deactivated upon notice for the security of our campus.
Students are required to use their ID card to purchase food in the cafeteria and kiosk.
Students can still purchase food without an ID card but a nominal fee of 1,000 VND is charged and displayed in the lunch balance window of PowerSchool. This fee helps to alert the parents and the SSIS staff that the student has forgotten or lost their ID card.
If a student does not have an ID card for three consecutive days the card is considered lost. The lost card is inactivated to prevent fraudulent use of the card. A notification will be sent to parents when the new ID card is issued. For each replacement card, a fee of VND 100,000 is charged.
