UPDATE: Raising Heroes – Presentation (PDF)

On September 5th, from 8:15 – 9:15 AM in the ES Library, we will help parents learn how to support their child’s growth in many different areas. As parents, there are many things you can do to raise your child to become a “hero”, a child who will independently lead the way on his/her own adventure.

Here are a few of the things we will talk about:

  • Building your child’s curiosity, so they can head into their adventures confidently
  • Helping your child increase their emotional maturity, so they can face their fears
  • Encouraging your child to develop their independence and be able to do things on their own

These are just some of the steps you can take in supporting and encouraging your budding hero and preparing them for the adventure of the year!

Guest speaker, Jacob Humes, our Elementary School Psychologist, will share many more valuable insights and tips to help your child succeed. Don’t miss this opportunity to gain valuable knowledge from him.
