I look forward to seeing you at our upcoming Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences on October 8th and 9th.
Conferences are an important opportunity to gain greater understanding about how your child is doing in their classes, and to learn more about areas in which they can focus and improve before the end of the semester.
Additionally, our counselors have prepared an informational session to run at specific times in the schedule. If you would like to learn about the work that they are doing with students, please sign up to attend one of these sessions.
How Conferences Will Work
All conferences must be scheduled via SchoolsBuddy (see details below). SchoolsBuddy works on a first-come, first-served basis, so I encourage you to make your appointments at your earliest convenience. Each scheduled conference will last seven minutes. Afterward, you will have three minutes to transition to your next conference. All high school conferences will be hosted in the high school building and in the teachers’ classrooms as detailed in SchoolsBuddy.
High School Conference schedule
Individual Conferences with Teachers
- Thursday, October 8 from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Friday, October 9 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Counseling Department Informational Sessions
- Thursday, October 8 at 12:00 pm, 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm
- Friday, October 9 at 10:00 am and 1:00 pm
When Do Sign-Ups Open?
Sign-ups open in SchoolsBuddy on Monday, September 28th at 1:00 pm. Scheduling will close on Friday, October 2nd at 9:00 pm.
How To Schedule an Appointment
To schedule an appointment you must log in to your SchoolsBuddy account. If you do not have a login, you should contact our ICT department (ict@ssis.edu.vn).

What to do if you do not have a SchoolsBuddy account
If you have not registered your SchoolsBuddy account, you must contact the ICT department (ict@ssis.edu.vn) to request a new activation link. You will not be able to schedule your appointment until your SchoolsBuddy account has been activated.
