Parent Education: Engineering, Coding and Design @ SSIS, March 11 at 8:30 am

270

Each day at SSIS students across our divisions are engaged in making, testing, and reflecting – the three key elements part of the design cycle. Whether it’s in the maker space or in a computer science class the key to success is understanding this cycle and being comfortable with open, challenging tasks where there’s more than one correct answer.

Next week, on Thursday, March 11 at 8:30 am we invite you to join us in the Auditorium for our Parent Education Session on Coding, Engineering, and Design as our STEM coordinators present examples of how students in each division are coding and innovating using this process, as they take on more and more challenging tasks.

What Parents Will Learn
