Conference Scheduling Open


Dear High School Parents,

SchoolsBuddy is now open for you to schedule your appointments with teachers for Parent-Teacher Conferences happening on Thursday, March 24, and Friday, March 25. 

Below you will find more information about the conferences schedule and how to schedule your appointments using SchoolsBuddy.

Scheduling Parent-Teacher Conferences 

You can schedule individual appointments with your child’s teachers between the times listed below. Appointments will be conducted via Zoom and each appointment will be 7 minutes long.

  • Thursday, March 24, 4:00 – 8:00 pm
  • Friday, March 25, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm

HS Counseling Department 

Our HS Counseling department will offer two options for parents to meet with them, depending on needs and interests.  

  • “Finding the Right University Fit” is an information session that will be held by our university counselors. It will run Thursday, March 24 at 7:00 pm and 10:00 am on Friday, March 25. Please use SchoolsBuddy to schedule the time that works for you, should you wish to attend.
  • Individual Counselor Appointments – High School Counselors, Ms. Bui (Shenlong, Wyvern) and Ms. Pathak (Naga, Hydra), are available to meet individually with parents who would like to speak about concerns regarding their child’s academic success, mental health, or transition to SSIS. If you would like an appointment with your child’s counselor, please use SchoolsBuddy to schedule a time.  

Using SchoolsBuddy to Schedule Appointments

To schedule appointments, you must log in to your SchoolsBuddy account. Only parents have access to schedule appointments. Students are not able to do this. If you do not have a login, you should contact our ICT department (
