January 18: SSIS Hosts First-Ever VEX Robotics Competition in Vietnam

Yes, you read that right – on January 18 SSIS will host the FIRST-EVER VEX Robotics competition in Vietnam.

A total of 8 teams from four international schools in Vietnam (SSIS, ISHCMC, ISHCMC AA, Concordia International School Hanoi) will compete in the HS Gym from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturday, January 18.

The VEX Robotics Competition was founded in the United States in 2006 and has since spread to over 40 countries.

The 8 teams will be competing for a chance to attend the VEX Robotics World Championship, the largest and most prestigious robotics competition in the world, which will be held in Louisville, Kentucky (USA) in April 2020.
