Dear Parents of HS Students in Grades 9 – 11,
Please be informed that final comments and grades will be posted on-line as of Friday, 12 June. Students wishing to pick up a hard copy on the 12th of June must inform Ms. Thao in the High School Office by 12:00 noon on Thursday, 11 June.
Final exams begin on Thursday, 4 June and continue until Tuesday, 9 June. Any conflict or make-up exams will take place on Wednesday, 11 June.

During exams the regular school bus schedule will be maintained before and after school. There are no buses in the middle of the day. Office staff cannot assist in arranging transportation. Students are to do this in advance to avoid any inconveniences.
Students may come and go from school on their own, according to their individual exam schedule. If students have no exam scheduled on a given day, they do not need to come to school. Students who do not have an exam are to remain at home in order to study and prepare for their next exam.
Students may take the school bus to or from school if students are regular bus riders and can’t get an alternate ride home; they must stay in the study hall room. Room C318 will be available for QUIET study only. If students choose to socialize, they will be asked to leave.
Lunch reminders: The Kiosk will be available from 10:30-11:30. Students are to remain in the Kiosk area during this time. Students are to leave the Kiosk by 11:30 so they are at the exam site 15 minutes before the start of the second exam.
