SALAD & FRUIT BAR
Offering a wide variety of leafy greens, raw vegetables, proteins, healthy extras and freshly cut fruits with a selection of dressings.

NOODLE SOUP COUNTER
A big bowl offering a different noodle-based soup each day. Asian and Vietnamese favorites; Bun Bo Hue, Nam Vang Noodles, Beef and Chicken Pho, Bun Thit Nuong, Hanoi Noodles.

SANDWICH COUNTER
From a selection of wholesome bread and choice of fillings students can compile a sandwich or wrap of their choice.

STIRFRY NOODLES COUNTER
Students fill a big bowl with as many raw vegetables as they wish, choose a protein (chicken, beef, pork or tofu), a noodle and sauce and hand it to the chef to cook in front of them. Hot, fresh and healthy!
