Head of School Coffee: Student Achievement, November 5 (NEW LOCATION)

    316

    Dear SSIS Parents,

I hope that this email finds you well and rested after the Fall Break. I was delighted to see so many of you here for parent-teacher conferences to discuss how your children are learning, thriving, and developing as global citizens at SSIS.

We know that our parents place great value on student achievement, as do we. That is why it gives me pleasure to invite you to my upcoming in-person Head of School Coffee on SSIS Student Achievement, on Thursday, November 5, from 8:30 – 10:00 am in the Auditorium at SSIS.

To attend this on-campus event, you must register by Wednesday, November 4 at 11 am. If you have not registered, you will unfortunately not be allowed on campus.

HEAD OF SCHOOL COFFEE REGISTRATION FORM

You can also use the registration form to submit any questions that you would like me or Mr. David Chadwell (Deputy Head of School for Teaching and Learning) to address regarding student achievement, during our time together.

In addition to having your questions answered, you will gain valuable insights into how SSIS students compare to the US, World, and National averages on standardized tests. You will also learn how the SSIS experience has motivated students to excel and achieve, in and outside of academics.

Although we cannot yet host you on campus, we are grateful that SSIS is able to provide your children with the care and excellence that will allow them to reach their highest potential, in a physical school environment. And we appreciate the exceptional manner that Vietnam continues to take care of this nation, which allows us to do so.

I value your partnership in ensuring that your children, our students, learn, thrive, and develop. I look forward to seeing you at the Head of School Coffee on November 5.

    All good wishes,

    Dr. Catriona Moran
    Head of School
