The Caterers, your on-campus cafeteria team, is looking forward to welcoming all students back to campus. Below, you will find our back-to-school information, which includes details on how our lunch service will work for each grade.
Also, we are delighted to share that the school cafe, next door to the school store, will once again open to parents and students. You will find a selection of fresh juices, smoothies, coffee, tea, and bakery items in the cafe, which will be open each weekday.
Whether in the cafeteria, kiosk, or school cafe, we are committed to providing your children with healthy and delicious options.
The Caterers Web Portal: Viewing Lunch Options and Topping Up Lunch Balances
You may view your child’s menu options on the Caterer’s web portal, where you will also find information about how to top up your child’s lunch account. For instructions on how to use the web portal, please see this post on eNews.
Lunch Service Options
EC and KG
EC and KG parents should place lunch orders online via the Caterers web portal. Lunch will be delivered to the children in the classrooms.
Grades 1 to 3
Students in grades 1 to 3 eat lunch in the cafeteria and can select a set lunch from the Asian, western, or vegetarian options. In addition, they can help themselves to the salad and fruit counter, designed specifically with their height in mind, and with easy access to healthy choices!
Grades 4 to 8
Students in grades 4 – 8 eat lunch in the cafeteria, where they can select an international dish from the hot plate, choose from the Asian, western, or vegetarian set lunch options, enjoy a bowl of noodle-based soup or pick up a freshly made-to-order sandwich or salad.
Grades 9 to 12 (High School)
At the kiosk in building C, students in grades 9 – 12 can choose between freshly stir-fried noodles from the wok station or get a bowl of noodle-based soup. Or they can choose from the Asian, western, or vegetarian set lunch options or pick up a freshly made-to-order sandwich or salad. In addition, healthy juices and smoothies are available at the kiosk and the cafeteria.

The Caterers at Orientation Day, August 9
During the new school year orientation on August 9, parents can top up money on their child’s meal card account at the dedicated Caterers desk in the reception or at the head cashier counter located in the cafeteria. Cash or credit/debit cards can be used.
Should you wish to top up your child’s meal account beforehand, you may do so via bank transfer. Please note that it takes 24 – 48 hours for the funds to show up in your child’s account. Please see the details below to top up your child’s meal account.
Reminder: You MUST enter the following in the details/note: SSIS – your child’s SSIS ID number – your child’s full name to ensure the funds are registered to your child’s account.

Price Adjustments
Please note that we have made a few price adjustments which have resulted in minimal increases of 1,000 – 5,000 VND. You will find the new prices on the menus which are available in our web portal and on the notice board at the entrance to the cafeteria.
